Look, we love the sauce, but we keep it real. All our bourbon chicken and sides like that creamy mac and cheese are made fresh in our truck daily. Since we’re working in a tight mobile kitchen in Grand Junction, cross-contamination is always a risk. We do our best to keep things separate, but we can't promise 100% allergen-free meals.
